Pelorus Rose

This pale pink sparkling wine has a fine bubble with initial aromas of flint and wet stones moving into clove and cinnamon. Then arrives an abundance of strawberry and cranberry aromas, rose petal/pot pourri and ginger rounding out this delicate yet complex nose. On the palate is an abundance of red fruit including cherry with a touch of smokiness before ending with a faint sweet spice on a rich finish.
