The 2021 Founders’ Cellar Widow’s Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc offers a restrained interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc. The classic aromatics of passionfruit and lime are there, but in a subtle and elegant form, alongside enticing savoury notes of oatmeal and sun-warm hay.
